Norwich Hotel gets big boost from national T.V

Norwich Hotels Group Arlington  will this week receive a big boost from national T.V as part of a rebrand for the popular GMTV breakfast show. The Shows producers will be using images from the groups webcam at its Wroxham hotel for live weather forecast images. In an even bigger boost GMTV will provide links from its home web site to the Arlington groups website.

Which promises to deliver a lot of traffic to the Arlington group. The webcam images will be used for the first time tomorrow

SEO Norwich Not the normal topic for this blog

I would not normally blog about Search engine optimisation and SEO in Norwich, but this does deserve a mention as it directly relates to tourism in Norwich and Norfolk

Norwich SEO company Innershed.com represents many of the Norwich  Hotel companies and has achieved a lot of success lately for People like the Arlington group. Their SEO has seen rank higher in Google search for Norwich related search terms.

Innershed has now secured national exposure for The Arlington Group and the Cliftonville hotel as the webcams that each has on their hotels will be featured in the daily weather forecasts on the new ITV breakfast show ‘Daybreak’

So form Monday you will be able to catch the images live on TV from Cromer and Wroxham.

SO SEO Norwich has really paid of for these companies as the producers of Daybreak found the webcams via Google search

Hotels in Norwich

In the last post we talked about using Norwich as a base for anyone who needs accommodation for the London 2012 olympics.

With a journey time of just 2 hours to London Liverpool street and central London Norwich is an ideal base for exploring London and with late trains in the evening you do not have to rush back. But the more laid back relaxed feel of this regional capital makes it a treat.

The next hotel in Norwich to consider can be found two minuets from the train station. Located on the river bank and shaded by trees the Norwich Hotel Nelson. This Premier Inn hotel offers a contemporary chain hotel experience.  With a chain hotel  you can expect a more universal experience but they also have the ability to offer some excellent value for money room rates.

Norwich Hotels

People often do not realise that the heart of Norwich has some excellent hotels.

In the run up to the london olympics in 2012 I will be posting information on some of the best ones.

My favourite hotel in Norwich if for looks alone is the stunning St Giles House. The amazing Georgian building is one of the great architectural treats in Norwich. locted on St Giles Street  just a short walk from the centre of  the city. Hotels in Norwich certainly had the bar raised when this amazing building was rennovated just a few years ago.

With just 24 rooms stunning interiors ala carte restaurant and value for money pricing considering it’s quality St Giles is a must to visit.  The Hotel is complete with Sun terrace and spa.

If you are travellling to the U.K for the london olympics in 2012. The Hotels in Norwich are a great alternative to trying to stay in London itself. Train services take 2 hours to London Liverpool street and the St Giles Street hotel is only a few minutes from the train station by Cab or taxi.
